Manuscripts longer than 10000 words will be charged
a rate of $83 per 1000 words and may require additional editing time.

PAYMENTS

Invoices will be sent through PayPal, and payments can be made with no additional fees using a credit/debit card.

Payments can also be made through a local bank/ACH transfer in the US, the UK, and certain parts of Europe or via an international wire transfer in most other countries.

Please note that the payment is due before the edited manuscript is returned.

Payment corrections: Please note that if you need to change the credit card used to make your payment (i.e., if you pay with the wrong card), a 5% processing fee will be added to cover nonrefundable PayPal fees.

Discounts

Your research group can qualify for the following group discounts:

  • 5% discount: On 5th-15th manuscripts

  • 10% discount: On 16th+ manuscript


Refer-a-Colleague Bonus

Earn credits by referring colleagues:

  • Current customers who refer colleagues to MatSci Edits will receive a referral bonus of $25

  • The new customer will receive a $50 first-time client discount
